Doug Rockwell & Tova Litvin are an Emmy-winning songwriting/production team based in Los Angeles, CA.
Notable credits together include: the Marvel Rising franchise, High School Musical: The Musical; The Series, Disney’s live action musical Sneakerella, and “Flesh and Bone” – the breakout song from Disney’s Zombies 2, which garnered over 150 Million streams within 6 months of its release and is RIAA Certified Gold.
The duo’s work on Kenny Ortega’s Julie and the Phantoms became one of Netflix’s Top 10 series, hitting #4 on the Billboard charts, as well the #1 spot on the iTunes main and soundtrack charts in the USA.
Their song “The Other Side Of Hollywood” was nominated for Outstanding Original Song in the 48th Daytime Emmy Awards.
Collectively they have written for Dove Cameron, Cheyenne Jackson, Sofia Wylie, Olivia Sanabia, Asher Angel, Haley & Michaels, Laidback Luke, and New Hope Club, and international credits include 9 top tens in the Japanese and Korean markets, including #1 and #2 records with artists such as Miwa, Super Junior D&E and Little Glee Monster. Awards include ASCAP’s Screen Music Award as well as a Daytime Emmy Award for work on The Loud House.
Rockwell & Litvin continue to write for curated film and television projects and are currently developing an original musical, as well as an original musical feature film.
